Our Privacy Promise

Optrago is built around one principle: your data is yours. We are a privacy-first tool. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your product content to train models.

What We Do NOT Collect

• We do not sell your data, and we do not use your product content to train AI models.
• We do not require an account to use the free version.
• We do not share your personal data with third parties (except the processors listed below).

What We Collect

• Anonymous usage statistics: hashed IP, country, and feature usage counts. This helps us understand which features are useful. No personal identity is stored.
• Your generated listings & optimization history: so you can revisit, compare versions, and reuse them in your Workspace / Cloud History. Every AI Optimize (and saved Generate) result is stored in our secure database and tied to your account or, for visitors, to an anonymous browser identifier on your device. You can delete any of your saved listings at any time.
• Subscription data: if you subscribe, your payment is processed by our payment processor (Creem). We do not store your card details.

Account Information

If you create an account or subscribe, we collect the email address you provide, along with your subscription status and saved listings (if you enable cloud storage). This allows us to identify you and provide your paid benefits.

Payment Information

Payment transactions are processed by our payment processor (Creem). We do not store your credit card number or other payment details on our servers. Creem handles all card processing in accordance with PCI security standards.

How We Use Information

• To provide and improve the service (generate, optimize, and score listings).
• To manage your subscription and access to paid features.
• To respond to your support requests.
• To understand anonymous usage patterns for product improvement.

How Generation Works

When you generate a listing, your input is sent to our AI provider (DeepSeek) to produce the output. We keep your generated results and optimization score history so you can view and compare versions in your Workspace / Cloud History. You can delete your saved data at any time.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption in transit. Your subscription data is stored in a secure database with restricted access.

Data Retention

Anonymous usage statistics are retained to understand product usage. If you are a subscriber, your saved listings and optimization history are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage to remember your subscription status and saved projects on your device. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics trackers.

Third-Party Services

• DeepSeek API: processes generation requests. See DeepSeek's privacy policy.
• Creem: processes subscription payments. See Creem's privacy policy.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your saved data at any time by contacting us. If you are in the EU/UK, you have rights under GDPR to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
