By accessing or using Optrago (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Optrago is an AI-powered tool that helps Amazon sellers generate and optimize product listings. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended to assist, not replace, professional judgment.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all content you generate and publish, including product listings, claims, and descriptions.
• You must review AI-generated content for factual accuracy before publishing.
• You are responsible for complying with the marketplace rules of the platforms you sell on (including Amazon's terms and compliance policies).
• You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. If you subscribe, you may receive a token or account identifier that grants access to paid features. You may not share your paid access with unauthorized users.

5. AI Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. The Service provides no guarantee that generated content is fully accurate, compliant, or suitable for your products. You are responsible for verifying all output before use. We are not liable for any loss arising from the use of AI-generated content.

6. No Guarantee of Performance

The Optrago score is an AI-generated quality assessment based on factors such as SEO, keyword coverage, readability, and compliance. Optrago does not guarantee any specific Amazon ranking, sales volume, click-through rate (CTR), revenue, or other performance outcome. Marketplace results depend on many factors outside our control, including competition, market conditions, pricing, reviews, and Amazon's own algorithms.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

• Free tier: 5 generations per day with no payment required.
• Pro subscription: $9 per month, billed monthly through our payment processor (Creem).
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time.
• Early-adopter pricing ($9/month) is locked for the lifetime of your subscription as long as it remains active.
• We do not store or process payment card details directly.

8. Refunds

Because the Service consumes third-party AI processing at the time of use, refunds are provided at our discretion for billing errors or duplicate charges. Requests may be made within 14 days of the charge.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you generate. The Service, including its software, design, and brand, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without written permission.

10. Acceptable Use

• You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or fraudulent.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
• You may not share paid access credentials with unauthorized users.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optrago shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
